We are now looking for an Android Developer for a well-established product company that is part of a larger Nordic IT group. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with modern mobile applications that solve real problems for customers in an industry undergoing extensive digital transformation.

You will become part of an engaged development team with a strong technical focus, short decision-making paths, and good opportunities to influence both product and technical choices.

The Role

As an Android Developer, you will develop and further develop the company's mobile apps. You will work closely with product owners, UX designers, and other developers to create user-friendly solutions with high quality.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Development of new features in Android applications
• Design and technical solution proposals
• Test development and quality assurance
• Debugging and improving existing functionality
• Code review and knowledge sharing within the team
• Active participation in agile development work

We believe you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in Android development
• Good knowledge of Kotlin
• Experience with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with Android Views/Layouts
• Experience with Coroutines
• Experience with testing using JUnit and Mockito

Advantageous experience:

• API integrations
• Git/GitLab
• CI/CD and DevOps processes
• Test automation
• Collaboration with UX designers
• iOS development in Swift
