About the Job
Kebab Dudes is a modern restaurant chain focused on quality, service, and a unique dining experience inspired by modern döner dishes.
We are now looking for an engaged and meticulous cold prep cook who wants to become part of our team in Barkarby.
Responsibilities
- Prepare salads, vegetables, sauces, and cold sides.
- Be responsible for daily mise en place and ingredient handling.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and self-control regulations.
- Contribute to order, quality, and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Experience as a cold prep cook, kitchen assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented.
- Flexible and stress-resistant in a fast-paced environment.
