Your Employment Offer

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you work close to production and contribute both operationally and developmentally in technical processes. You become a key resource in planning, monitoring, and improving daily work.

• Support and develop processes within technical production
• Work with quality monitoring, documentation, and result reporting
• Participate in laboratory production, technical processes, or similar production-adjacent work
• Troubleshoot technical problems and contribute to practical solutions
• Lead the distribution of tasks and planning without formal managerial responsibility
• Contribute to improvement work, preferably according to LEAN principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create clarity in workflows
• Familiarize yourself with existing routines and contribute to a smooth handover

Important Information

The assignment is full-time with a location in Luleå. The start is immediate as a quick process and handover are needed. The assignment runs for at least six months and may be extended. You will work in a production-adjacent technical environment where quality, documentation, and practical problem-solving are important parts of everyday life. The role does not involve managerial responsibility, but you will have a coordinating function related to planning and task distribution.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have an engineering degree or equivalent experience in technology, production, automation, or electronics. You have practical experience from a production environment, such as industry, labs, or other technically advanced operations. To succeed in the role, you need to have a good understanding of process development, quality work, and technical troubleshooting. Experience with microsystems, embedded systems, electronics production, or advanced automation equipment is meritorious, as is experience with LEAN, regulatory requirements, or ISO. As a person, you are self-directed, structured, and communicative. You thrive in quickly adapting to new environments, creating overview, and contributing where the need is greatest.
