We are now looking for a structured and driven Project Support professional for a large organization that is preparing to implement SAP S/4HANA and EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management). This implementation is part of a comprehensive digital transformation that will change working methods and processes within the project operations.

The new solution will be used to manage and monitor a large number of investment and infrastructure projects, placing high demands on coordination, communication, and change management. You will play a central role in the implementation and work closely with project management, business units, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As Project Support, you will be responsible for:

• Creating presentation and communication materials for management, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Developing and quality-assuring test materials for system tests within EPPM.
• Coordinating and ensuring resources for test activities and test rounds.
• Supporting project management in planning, monitoring, and administration.
• Contributing to change management activities related to the introduction of new working methods and systems.
• Acting as a central point of contact between different parts of the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in project management and project leadership.
• Experience working with change management.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholder groups.
• Relevant university or college education in fields such as business administration, systems science, or engineering.
