Your role

In your role as Planner/Preparer for Fixed Plants at Gruvmek, you will have a central function where you combine your knowledge of mechanical maintenance with your planning skills. As a Planner/Preparer, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing maintenance tasks so they can be carried out safely. The work covers both daily operations, projects, and maintenance shutdowns. You will work closely with planners/preparers in other work groups, the production manager, and maintenance technicians to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You contribute to creating structure and routines that enable high operational reliability at our facilities. You also collaborate with various work groups to create good conditions for efficient maintenance work.

What you bring with you

You are structured, responsible, and thrive when working together with others to achieve common goals. You take initiative and drive your tasks forward with a focus on quality and safety.

You also have:

• Category B driver's license for manual transmission
• Upper secondary education, preferably in industrial technology or equivalent experience
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Merits:

• Previous experience in planning, coordinating, and preparing maintenance work
• Familiarity with plant operations
