ABOUT THE ROLE

Welcome to DEKRA! We are the leading company in Sweden within the field of "Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)" and are now looking for a Testing Technician for our office in Luleå.

If you are not familiar with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), it involves detecting damage early on that could otherwise lead to costly failures or, in the worst case, serious accidents. NDT can be performed on everything from welds in roller coasters to searching for cracks in reactor tanks. As a technician with us, you will work with the latest testing technologies.

Our customer base is broad, and you will come into contact with several different industries, including:

• Paper & pulp
• Power & heat
• Mining & steelworks
• Manufacturing industry
• Wind/nuclear power plants
• Petrochemical/refineries
• Rail

In this role, travel will be a natural part of your work - you will travel to interesting projects throughout Sweden and also abroad, meaning overnight stays will occur regularly. Projects can last from one day to several weeks.
