As Group Manager for Plant Design in Kiruna, you have overall responsibility for personnel, business, and growth. Your task is to build a long-term sustainable operation with high competence and delivery capability.

You lead with a coaching approach and create a work environment where employees thrive and develop. At the same time, you drive business, nurture existing customer relationships, and open doors to new opportunities.

What We Do

The Plant Design section in Luleå works with design and construction within electrical, mechanical, piping, and HVAC in both small and large industrial projects. Our customers are primarily within the Paper & Pulp and Mining & Steel sectors. You will belong to the Northern Market Area, which stretches from Hudiksvall to Kiruna, and will be part of the expanded leadership group for Project and Engineering North.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a technical university degree, e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design.
• Have experience in leadership and personnel management.
• Are accustomed to sales and business relations.
• Have a strong network in the region and see collaboration as the key to success.

You are business-driven, communicative, and coaching in your leadership style – with the ability to create opportunities and view change as something positive.
