About the Role

Skyresponse was founded in 2012 and is a Swedish technology company offering solutions primarily designed to create safety for people. This is achieved by providing a global platform for alarm and event management. Examples of use cases include personal care, including elderly care, and personal security, but increasingly also within smart buildings and other IoT areas. We handle over 16 million alarms and events per month for more than 700 end customers in Europe, within both public and private organizations.

Skyresponse ensures, with the highest possible availability, that actions always reach the right person, machine, or system through its alarm management service. The platform is cloud-based with available APIs, enabling partners to quickly integrate new devices, exchange information, and data with other platforms. In this way, Skyresponse enables its partners and, ultimately, people to utilize the latest technology.

Behind every alarm is a human being – often an elderly person who wishes to remain safely and independently at home. With the help of the Skyresponse platform, help arrives in time, 24/7, 365 days a year. This makes a difference for the user, for relatives who can feel reassured from a distance, and for caregivers and alarm centers that must be able to rely on the technology working when it truly matters.

Responsibilities

Skyresponse continues to grow in Europe and needs to expand within our integration area. As an Integration Specialist at Skyresponse, you will become a key person in their Customer Success team. You will help customers maximize the value of the platform through configurations, integrations, and customized solutions. The role also involves contributing to the further development of Skyresponse services based on customer needs and having the opportunity to influence both product development and customer experience.

In the role, you will also:

  • Be responsible for the configuration and implementation of applications in customer environments
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems in complex cases
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve functionality and user experience
  • Participate in customer dialogues and provide technical advice

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Relevant post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or similar
  • Experience in application operations, configuration, and integrations with external systems
  • Good understanding of APIs and cloud-based solutions
  • Basic understanding of programming, preferably Python and C#
  • Experience working with SQL databases
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for a solution-oriented and communicative person. You have the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions in a pedagogical manner. Your analytical side allows you to quickly identify problems and find effective solutions, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

We are also looking for someone who is self-driven and team-oriented. The role requires that you can take independent responsibility for configurations and implementations, but also collaborate closely with creative colleagues within the Customer Success team, which today consists of Project Managers, Integration Specialists, Customer Success Managers, the ECO partner program, and Support. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you get to combine technical competence with customer contact and are curious to learn new systems and technologies.
