Join us as a new teacher colleague at Strandbackens Resource School in Piteå!

Strandbackens Resource School is a unit within the Education Administration. The school is located at Strömbacka Strand and caters to students who have the greatest need for special support. Currently, 15 educators work closely with the 36 students from grades 4 to 9. For the upcoming autumn term, the team needs a new colleague/teacher.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee at the resource school, you will work in a two-teacher system with smaller student groups of 6–8 students. The school has an enhanced student health service, and all staff work in close collaboration with our student health team. The school has mixed-age groups, which means teaching across multiple student groups, mixed ages, and various subjects.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a degree as a teacher within the primary school system. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. In addition to good pedagogical insight, we would like you to enjoy developing and learning new things together with colleagues and students. For this role, you must also thrive in a team environment and have the ability to build good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians.

Employment

100% fixed-term contract (vacation cover) until further notice. Probationary employment may be applicable.

Start date: According to agreement.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for employment.
