Your Responsibilities

The work involves both practical and theoretical teaching in various upper secondary courses within the Care and Nursing program. As a teacher, you plan, conduct, and evaluate the teaching, and together with your colleagues, you actively work with the organization's mission and development efforts. Collaboration with students and guardians is also an important part of the role. You collaborate with other teachers to achieve the program's graduation goals. You are well-versed in and work according to regulatory documents, which includes among other things:

• taking responsibility for students' knowledge growth, supporting their personal development, and creating good conditions for each student's learning, development, and ability to develop critical thinking.
• conducting, developing, and leading education with high quality and commitment
• being open to new ideas and changes

The students' education includes 15 weeks of work-based practice, where you as a teacher need to collaborate with business and industry regarding the students' practice and follow-up.

We are looking for you who are a licensed vocational teacher for the Care and Nursing program with post-secondary education in care and nursing.

You should be flexible and pedagogical with great patience. You enjoy working with young people and have a desire to share your knowledge. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and value your ability to meet students based on their knowledge and needs.
