DUTIES
Porsö School works to ensure that every student reaches the goals. We are now looking for a special needs educator (specialpedagog) who will be a key player in working with students in need of special support. In collaboration with teachers and special needs educators, you will develop an effective and flexible organization for these students. The assignment includes mapping and follow-up of needs, individual work with students, supervision of teachers, and assessments. Additionally, you will participate in planning work with the principal and student health services. The position is focused on grades 4-6. We want to organize a systematic approach together that benefits student learning.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained teacher with a special needs education degree. Knowledge of LOGOS or Legilexi is meritorious. Experience working as a special needs educator is also meritorious. You have experience working with learning for students with special needs and structures that support learning. You have participated in systematic work with the Swedish National Agency for Education's assessment support and training in reading and writing. Adapting your teaching and seeing every student is important to you, and you often reach the students you work with through your empathetic approach.

If you are considered for the position, you will need to present a clean extract from the criminal record register.

Start date: August 12th or as agreed.
