Are you ready to take the next step within hydraulics and take on clear responsibility in product development? We are now looking for a Hydraulics Manager for a company working with advanced special vehicles for professional cleaning and waste management.

The company is responsible for design, manufacturing, and assembly for customers in Sweden and internationally. The work takes place in close collaboration between development and production, and the role gives you the opportunity to work close to operations and influence products from idea to finished solution!

About the role

As a Hydraulics Manager, you work on improving, developing, and quality-assuring the hydraulic solutions in the products. The role involves both personal responsibility and close collaboration with other designers and production.

• Location: Hedesunda/Gävle

Your responsibilities

• Design, dimensioning, and optimization of hydraulic systems
• Preparation of documentation, schematics, and product-adapted solutions
• Participation in the development of new products as well as improvement of existing ones
• Technical support to production and after-sales
• Contact with suppliers regarding component selection and technical solutions

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and structured in their approach to work. You are unpretentious, practical, and thrive working both independently and in teams. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and motivated by technical challenges.

• Some years of experience working with hydraulics, preferably within mobile applications
• Experience in design, troubleshooting, or working close to hydraulic systems
• Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience
• Background in manufacturing industry or other technical operations
