Your Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating local grid projects within the 24 kV voltage range. This ranges from new customer connections to major reconstructions and reinvestment projects. The projects vary in size and scope, from individual customer connections to extensive reconstructions of larger areas. In this role, you have overall responsibility from project start to finish, focusing on economics, progress, quality, and working environment. You drive the projects together with procured contractors who are responsible for design, preparation, and execution. Your task is to ensure that the contractors deliver according to the contract and established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up on projects with contractors
• Call for and chair kick-off meetings, construction meetings, and follow-ups
• Ensure project economics, payment plans, and forecasts
• Monitor progress, quality, and deliveries in the projects

The projects are carried out in a larger geographical area in Hälsingland and Dalarna, which involves some travel for site visits, follow-ups, and safety rounds in the projects. This role suits you if you enjoy driving several parallel projects simultaneously, have a structured working method, and like collaborating with both contractors and internal functions to achieve common goals.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have completed education in electrical power, for example as an electrical power engineer, preferably with a focus on local grids, or alternatively have corresponding work experience in the field. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is communicative, driven, and has an easy time collaborating with different contact surfaces. You are adaptable and thrive in a role where projects vary in both scope and complexity. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner, have a good ability to prioritize and handle several parallel tasks simultaneously, and are solution-oriented in your way of working.

This is a consultancy assignment located in Bollnäs where you will be employed by Clevry and work as a consultant at Ellevio. The start for the position is after the summer or as agreed, and you are offered a contract for an initial 12 months. The position is full-time and you work weekdays and office hours. We will take references, perform a credit check, and a background check. A security clearance will also be conducted for this role.
