The Infrastructure Department consists of the Operations and Service unit as well as the Project and Planning unit. The department is relatively new, and this position is located within the Project and Planning unit.
Description
The Property Group is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the municipality's property portfolio – everything from schools and preschools to offices and specialized housing. We work to create sustainable, safe, and functional environments for the municipality's residents and employees. We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured Property Coordinator who wants to become an important part of our team.
Job Responsibilities
As a Property Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied role reporting to the Department Manager, where you will support property managers, operations technicians, managers, and other functions within the department. Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Assisting in handling incoming cases, fault reports, and orders in our digital systems.
- Supporting and handling administration regarding contracts, procurement, invoicing, rent billing, parking rentals, and documentation.
- Coordinating simpler service interventions and contact with contractors.
- Booking inspections, meetings, and following up on actions.
- Preparing materials, statistics, and reports.
- Contributing to order, structure, and good communication within the department.
The work involves many contact points – both internally and externally – and you will become a central link in making daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, communicative, and enjoys creating order and structure. You thrive in a role where you can combine administration, service, and coordination. We see that you are clear, direct, and dare to set boundaries when necessary.
We expect you to have:
- At least a high school education, preferably with an administrative or technical focus.
- Experience in administrative work, preferably within property, construction, or public sector operations.
- Desirable experience with contract management, financial administration, and some knowledge of property law.
- Good digital competence and familiarity with administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, prioritize, and juggle multiple threads simultaneously.
- A service-oriented and solution-focused approach.
Personal qualities will be given great weight.
A B-class driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement.
