At Syntronic, we want to include an experienced RF Engineer in our team consisting of international and national experts. Together, we will continue to live up to our long-standing reputation as the company that is one step ahead in technological development.

As an experienced RF Engineer, you will work with:

• Feasibility studies, design, verification, and prototyping
• RF system integration, responsibility and understanding of the entire UL/DL chain
• Simulations and UL/DL link budget
• Design verification at system and component level
• Design of Rx/Tx chains, power amplifiers, circuit boards, etc.
• Productizing design and production support.

As an experienced RF Engineer at Syntronic, you will have varied assignments mostly within telecommunications. Your work takes place in an international environment, and you will develop your RF skills together with your colleagues. Your assignments will mostly be performed in-house at Syntronic but can also be at the customer's site.

We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer who:

• Has a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering, or other relevant education in areas such as Radio, Electrical Engineering, Technical Physics, or equivalent
• Has several years of experience in electronic design, preferably with RF
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

In our office in Gävle, we have a lab of over 1500 sqm with the latest advanced equipment to work with digital and analog development.

It is important that you are creative and work with engagement and drive for your tasks. You have good social skills but can also work independently when needed and know when it is time to focus. We also appreciate that you are logical, methodical, and structured, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel.
