As a Technical Property Manager, you play a central role in our customer-oriented organization and maintain ongoing dialogue with our customers, which include housing cooperatives and commercial clients located in our market area covering Gävleborg and Dalarna.

You will have access to the broad property expertise available within Riksbyggen. You ensure that customer needs are combined with the right resources from Riksbyggen.

As a Technical Property Manager, you are the extended arm of the housing cooperative and property owner, keeping track of the property's condition and renovation needs. You draft and revise maintenance plans and support the association when technical issues arise. You ensure compliance with laws and regulations and handle insurance matters. You are also responsible for ensuring that customers receive ordered deliveries on time and that official inspections are planned and carried out on time with necessary documentation.

In the role of Technical Property Manager at Riksbyggen, you will work in an advisory capacity with many customer contacts. In our customer assignments, you will work in close collaboration with other managers, economists, energy engineers, technicians, customer managers, building caretakers, and project managers. The work is varied and social. You will work independently, have significant personal responsibility, and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will also be responsible for contacts with contractors.

The location is in Gävle, but you may work with customers throughout our entire market area.

You contribute with your competence and commitment

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in property management through education and/or work experience. We want you to have experience from customer relations and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Furthermore, we see that you have knowledge of the laws and authority requirements relevant to the area and that you have experience interpreting and preparing procurement and contract documents. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with maintenance planning within property maintenance and are well acquainted with all phases of renovation projects, from design to warranty. It is also an advantage if you have experience handling insurance issues/claims. If you have experience with board positions or work in a housing cooperative, we see this as an advantage.

Since you will be visiting our customers, we require that you have a B driver's license and access to your own car.

As a person, you are social and outgoing. You are relationship-building and perceived as socially active in professional contexts. You find it easy to connect with new people. You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in all your customer contacts. You are self-starting, take responsibility for your task, and drive your processes toward the goal. You are also structured, have good administrative skills, and can act effectively even when conditions change.
