As a Connection Manager with us, you coordinate the entire process for private individuals and businesses when connecting to our electricity grid, both at low and high voltage levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You own your cases and are responsible for the entire process; from the customer's first contact to the correct completion of the connection process. You coordinate both internal functions and external contractors to ensure the work moves forward.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Independently manage connection cases
• Be the customer's primary contact throughout the process
• Develop technical solutions together with internal resources
• Ensure correct dimensioning and connection point
• Prepare cost calculations and connection offers
• Track time, cost, and quality in projects
• Contribute to developing methods and processes within connections

QUALIFICATIONS

The role suits you who want to combine technology, customer service, and project management. You like to take responsibility, drive things forward, and create structure in complex situations. You are good at collaborating but are also confident in making decisions within your assignment.

We believe you have a post-secondary education in areas such as technology, energy, industrial economics, construction, infrastructure, project management, or other education/work experience that we assess as equivalent.

You do not need to have a background in electricity, but you need to have a technical interest and a willingness to learn about electricity grid issues. It is an advantage if you have experience driving assignments with many stakeholders.

A category B driver's license is required for the position.
