Are you a technical Project Manager who thrives in complex product development environments? At Cibes Lift, you will lead cross-functional R&D projects from idea to industrialization, working closely with engineering, production, quality, and suppliers. Your role – projects from concept to reality

As Project Manager within R&D Europe, you are responsible for driving technical product development projects end-to-end. You lead initiatives ranging from full development projects (from start to finish) to continuous product improvements, always with a focus on quality, time, and cost.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across R&D, Production Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing.
• Plan, define, and communicate project scope, objectives, timelines, and status to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with modularization and regulatory requirements.
• Own project budgets, follow up on deviations, and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external consultants and suppliers when needed.

You will work closely with another Project Manager, creating redundancy, continuity, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

• A technical background, for example as a mechanical or automation engineer.
• Experience in project management within product development or industrial environments.
• The ability to lead without prestige, communicate clearly, and create trust.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in English; Swedish is meritorious and useful in day-to-day collaboration.
