About the role

Granitor Electro is one of Scandinavia's leading electrical engineering companies. As a designer within security systems at Granitor, you play a key role in the early stages of projects. Your main task is to translate customer needs into concrete technical documentation. You work closely in a team to produce the background material, drawings, and documentation required for installers to perform their work with the highest quality.

Responsibilities

As a designer within security systems, you will work in a team to produce the documentation and background material needed for the security solutions in Granitor's projects. You will help develop technical system solutions and follow the project all the way through to the final documentation.

• Design security installations (burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, and CCTV)
• Production of technical system documentation and installation drawings in AutoCAD
• Registration and document management according to SS 4551202
• Technical support and collaboration with project managers and technicians

We are looking for you who

• Have a secondary education in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on security
• Have several years of experience in designing security installations
• Have good knowledge of working with design tools in 2D and 3D, e.g., AutoCAD/MagiCAD
• Have knowledge of registration according to SS 4551202

It is an advantage if you

• Are a certified engineer in burglar alarms, fire alarms, camera systems, or equivalent
• Have experience working in the Chaos system
