About the role

As a Production Planner, you play a central role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. You support both the warehouse and production by planning transports and goods receipt, ensuring efficient production planning, and working with weight and roll calculations. The role also includes booking transports, handling certificates, and ensuring that all relevant information is up to date in the business system.

The employment is based on need and can be combined with studies or other work.

About you

Requirements for the role:

• You are 18 years or older
• You have another primary occupation, either as a university student or with a part-time job of at least 50%.

Formal Competence

• Experience from an industrial environment or process industry
• Very good understanding of production flows and how production works
• Very good knowledge of Excel, including working with formulas
• Comfortable working with numbers and administrative tasks
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Solution-oriented, responsible, and self-initiating
• Good ability to prioritize and reprioritize in an occasionally intense daily routine

Merits

It is a merit if you have post-secondary education in industrial economics, logistics, purchasing, or a similar field. Experience with production planning, transport planning, goods receipt, or working in business systems, preferably M3, is also positive. If you have previously collaborated closely with transport companies or worked in roles with much internal coordination and organization, we see this as an advantage.
