Do you want to work in a technical and important role where structure, precision, and system understanding make a big difference in projects? Granitor is now looking for a Designer/Constructor within Building Automation. Here you will have a central role in the contracting group and become a key support to project managers and colleagues in creating smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable building technology solutions.

As a Designer/Constructor, you will work closely with projects and contribute with documentation, design, and technical data that ensures quality throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role suits you if you have a background in building automation, or alternatively HVAC or electrical engineering, and enjoy combining technology, order, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

As a Designer/Constructor, you support project managers and project teams with construction work in contracting projects within building automation. The role is varied and involves creating, compiling, and ensuring technical data needed for projects to be carried out efficiently and with high quality.

Examples of tasks:

• Create material specifications
• Design operation cards
• Compile material orders
• Create and update IO-lists
• Work with operation and maintenance manuals
• Support project managers with technical data and documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, programmers, and installers
• Contribute to structure, quality, and clarity in project documentation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience or knowledge within building automation, or alternatively an HVAC or electrical engineering background
• Has good technical understanding and interest in building technology systems
• Is structured, precise, and has a good sense of order
• Enjoys working with technical data, documentation, and design
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and has a good understanding of technical documentation
• Is computer literate and quick to grasp technical systems and working methods

Merits:

• Experience with design within building automation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, control and regulation technology, or electrical installations
• Experience in creating operation cards, IO-lists, material specifications, or DU documentation
• Used to working in contracting projects
• Experience with relevant CAD, design, or documentation tools
