About Us

Aleris Basic Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care. We work on behalf of health centers and family doctor clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County.

Aleris Primary Care also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

About the Role

As a nurse in our night operations, you play a central role in creating security and continuity for our patients. You lead assistant nurses, conduct home visits, and are responsible for medical assessments and interventions in the patient's home environment. You also handle alarms from 1177 and SOS Alarm.

We document in the journal system TakeCare and use Epsilon as a work tool in daily operations.

The starting point is our office at Sabbatsberg Hospital at Odenplan. The patients are located within a defined geographical area, and you use our environmentally classified cars between visits.

Working hours: Night, 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse
• Has at least two years of professional experience
• Has a B driving license
• Has good computer skills and experience with TakeCare
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in home care is an advantage.

Employment type: Fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of permanent employment

Start date: Immediately or as agreed
