OAK Health & Performance is launching a new operation in the autumn of 2026 within Region Stockholm's primary care rehabilitation selection. We are now looking for an engaged and registered dietitian who wants to help build this operation together with us.

At OAK, you will become part of an interprofessional team where physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians work closely together to provide patients with cohesive, evidence-based, and person-centered rehabilitation. About the role

As a dietitian at OAK Health & Performance, you will work with the assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients in need of nutritional therapy and lifestyle changes.

Common patient groups include individuals with:

• Overweight and obesity
• Diabetes and prediabetes
• Cardiovascular disease
• Gastrointestinal diseases
• Malnutrition and nutritional issues
• Diet-related complaints linked to rehabilitation

The work involves both individual clinic visits and group activities. You will also be part of our home rehabilitation team, where you, together with a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist, conduct team assessments and rehabilitation interventions in the patient's home environment when needed.

You will have great opportunities to influence the development of the operation, patient flows, and working methods together with the rest of the team.

The position starts on October 1, 2026.

We are looking for you who

• Are a registered dietitian.
• Have a few years of clinical experience, preferably within primary care, rehabilitation, or other outpatient services.
• Have a genuine interest in nutrition, behavioral change, and lifestyle medicine.
• Work evidence-based and put the patient's goals and needs at the center.
• Enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with other professions.
• Are digitally competent and have experience with medical record systems.
• Are engaged, unpretentious, and want to help develop an operation from the ground up.
