About the assignment

We are currently seeking an HR consultant for a consultancy assignment via Bemannia on a full-time basis, starting immediately and lasting approximately 6 months. The assignment focuses specifically on employment law, cooperation, and providing qualified support to managers in personnel matters. You will work closely with the organization's managers and be responsible for providing support in questions related to employment, working environment, rehabilitation, and personnel processes. The role is based on-site with 6 HR colleagues, with the possibility of remote work 1–2 days per week. Work is performed using Office, Heroma, Analyskraft, and Centuri systems.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work broadly with both operational and advisory HR issues, with a focus on employment law and cooperation. You will serve as a close support to managers in complex personnel matters and contribute with qualified guidance in employment law processes, working environment, and rehabilitation. The role requires that you are confident in dialogue with trade union parties and accustomed to working independently in a business-close environment.

  • Provide employment law support and advice to managers
  • Handle cooperation and dialogue with trade union parties
  • Work with personnel matters, rehabilitation, and working environment issues
  • Be responsible for ongoing HR administration and support in recruitment and talent acquisition

Your qualifications

  • A university degree, such as in Human Resources or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.
  • Experience in employment law and cooperation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious

  • Experience in public sector organizations
  • Industry experience
