About the workplace

The office for Nord 3 is located at Dalhemsvägen 71. We provide home care and support to customers living in Ödåkra, Kattarp, Allerum, and Mariastaden, as well as in Dalhem and Berga.

Job Responsibilities

With a health-promoting approach, you provide care by offering personal support based on individual needs and conditions in the customers' homes. As a nursing assistant, you primarily work independently, providing care in the form of personal hygiene assistance, support during meals, social interaction, and more.

You also perform tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists, such as exercise programs, medication handover, and wound dressing changes. You work in a team with these different professions.

In your work, you use various digital aids, and your work phone is an important tool. In addition to answering alarms and phone calls, you use it to find work cards and routines.

We work with fixed care contacts, and documentation is part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and have proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or can certify that you held a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You need to have basic computer skills and experience with documentation, as well as comfort working with various digital tools. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

To be eligible for the position, a Class B driver's license is required, and you must be willing to drive as part of the job. Additionally, you must be able and willing to cycle, as both cars and bicycles are used to reach our customers.

Familiarity with LifeCare, Senior Alert, Tes, Appva, BPSD-register, and experience with Star-marked (Stjärnmärkt) care is a significant plus. Further merits include advanced knowledge or experience in palliative care, malnutrition, cognitive impairment, or psychiatry.

Additional Information

The working hours are in the evenings, 15:00–23:15, and include work every other weekend. The schedule may change based on operational needs.
