LearnIT is a digital platform that connects vocational colleges with qualified teachers and IT professionals. We are growing and are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help shape the future of competence supply – entirely on your own terms, from anywhere in Sweden.
As a salesperson at LearnIT, you are responsible for prospecting and processing vocational colleges across the country. You work independently from home and drive the entire sales cycle – from first contact to agreed collaboration. No cold office spaces, no commuting – just results.
Responsibilities
In the role of salesperson, you will have a varied and goal-oriented job. Your main tasks include:
- Identifying and contacting decision-makers at vocational colleges via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Presenting LearnIT's recruitment services with a focus on roles such as teachers and IT staff.
- Building long-term customer relationships and proactively following up on existing accounts.
- Working towards clear goals and structuring and following up your pipeline in Excel.
Personal Qualities
Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have a background in sales and a genuine interest in our areas.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in B2B sales, and it is highly meritorious if you have previously worked towards the education or public sector.
- Good communication skills and speak and write fluently in Swedish.
- A natural interest in recruitment, education, or HR.
As a person, you are:
- Independent and confident in customer contact, where the phone and digital channels are your natural tools.
- Result-driven and motivated by working in an environment characterized by freedom under responsibility.
Meritorious
- Experience in recruitment or staffing services.
- Knowledge of the vocational college system in Sweden.
- Experience with remote work and self-leadership.
Languages
- Swedish in speech and writing.
