About the Role
We operate a quotation service that connects private individuals and businesses with quality-assured tradespeople. We are expanding rapidly and are now looking for a driven B2B sales representative who wants to sell our platform to trade companies (in construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) in the Swedish market.
Our product is highly attractive and easy to understand: we offer tradespeople a combination of a fixed monthly fee and ongoing, high-quality leads that help them fill their order books and increase their revenue. The service is based on pure commission. This means there is no salary cap – your activity, sales skills, and drive directly determine your monthly income.
Your Responsibilities
- Self-directed prospecting: We do not use pre-made call lists. You are responsible for identifying, researching, and contacting potential trade companies.
- Remote work & client visits: You work independently from home via phone and digital meetings, combined with physical client visits in your local area to close deals and build relationships.
- Full sales process: You drive the process independently from first contact to signed contract (monthly subscription + leads).
We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish without hesitation, which is an absolute requirement as you will communicate directly with Swedish business owners.
- Has a strong entrepreneurial drive and enjoys building your own client portfolio from scratch.
- Is comfortable with both remote work and attending physical meetings in the field (Class B driver's license and access to a personal car is a big plus).
- Is strongly motivated by a pure commission model where high activity yields high financial returns.
- Has an easy way of building trust and can speak the tradespeople's language – direct, simple, and business-minded.
