Job Description

Randstad Digital is currently looking for a 1st Line Support specialist for one of our clients. Here you will work with user support in a developing environment. You will assist users via phone, email, or chat, handling tickets ranging from software to hardware. You will manage user accounts, permissions, print issues, and more.

You will be working with friendly colleagues and users, and the workplace is easily accessible by public transport, taking approximately 15 minutes from central Linköping.

The assignment starts at the end of July and runs until the turn of the year, with good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring IT equipment functions correctly
• Providing service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software
• Administering IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues)
• Instructing users on how to work with various programs

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in IT or technology and at least six months of work experience as an IT support/technician or similar.

You need to have good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security. Since our client primarily works in a Windows environment, your strength should ideally lie within the Microsoft ecosystem.

It is also a requirement that you have knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and that you can communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You must also have experience working in a ticketing system.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge and interest in AI, particularly Microsoft's M365 Copilot, Coworks, and/or Copilot Studio.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is IT-interested, curious, and has a high level of service-mindedness. You will meet users at different levels, so it is important that you are communicative and have a pedagogical approach.
