Your role as a Junior System/Software Developer

In the role of a consultant at Combitech and participant in the program, you alternate between exciting assignments and projects within high-tech product development and courses in technology, personal development, and experience building, according to Combitech's completely unique, renowned, and recognized methodology. We offer you tailor-made competence development based on your specific ambitions and goals.

In your assignment, you will experience variety in your daily work with different tasks, primarily within system or software development. You will work in teams and have the opportunity to learn a great deal through "learning by doing" by solving tasks together with your colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have recently graduated or will graduate in 2026 with a university degree or civil engineering degree in electrical engineering, computer science, technical physics, or equivalent. You have a passion for technology with a main focus on software development, control engineering, signal processing, modeling, or related technical fields.

We are looking for you with great commitment who are interested and curious about new challenges. You ask questions, have good collaboration skills, and are helpful, with a clear focus on driving the project you are participating in forward. You should have completed your education with good academic results and have a clear ambition to take the next step.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with background check.
