We are looking for a new colleague to join our Technical Process team as a Process Technician. Our facility is located in Eslöv, and you will report to the Technical Process Manager.

Saint-Gobain Sekurit is part of the Saint-Gobain Group, one of the world's 100 largest industrial groups. Our main product at Sekurit in Eslöv is laminated side windows for vehicles, and our vision is to "Make every drive a great experience". Our facility in Eslöv employs approximately 250 people.
About the Role
As a Process Technician, you play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient production processes. You work closely with operators, technicians, and engineers to drive improvements, solve problems, and optimize equipment performance. If you have a strong interest in optimizing technical solutions and are an engaged, flexible, and results-oriented person, this role might be for you!
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Process Technician, you work operationally with projects and process optimization on the line according to defined schedules and goals. You participate in the industrialization of new processes and products, drive improvements in efficiency, capacity, and quality, contribute to cost savings, and ensure the standardization of process settings. You support operators and assist process engineers in daily improvement work.
Other areas of responsibility included in the role are:
- Contribute to industrialization by acting as a bridge between engineers and operators.
- Assist in developing standard parameters and work instructions, and ensure they are followed.
- Conduct and participate in safety risk assessments, both during the preparation phase and on an ongoing basis.
- Perform adjustments and settings of production equipment according to WCM standards and technical norms.
- Train and support operators and technicians in new working methods and improvements.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school technical education (e.g., Industrial Technology, Electrical and Energy, or Engineering programs) or equivalent professional experience. Post-secondary technical education (YH) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience from a production environment in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in improvement work, troubleshooting, and adjusting production equipment.
- Good knowledge of WCM or similar improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S).
- Good communication skills and experience in teamwork.
Meritorious Qualifications
- Experience from the automotive glass or glass industry.
- Basic knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with PLC interpretation.
- Experience with CAD or reading drawings.
