Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB is looking for a new colleague to join our Technical Process team as a Process Engineer. Our plant is located in Eslöv, and you will report to the Technical Process Manager. As a Process Engineer, your main mission is to ensure the effectiveness of the plant's production lines, focusing on efficiency, cost, and capacity, to meet our customers' demands. Our core product at Sekurit Eslöv is laminated sidelites for vehicles, and our vision is to "Make every drive a great experience". We have approximately 250 employees working at our plant in Eslöv.

Work tasks

As a Process Engineer, you will lead projects and work on process optimization according to a defined schedule and targets, leading to:

· Industrialization of new processes and products

· Improvement of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and Yield

· Increased efficiency/capacity/quality and cost savings

· Standardization of process settings.

Qualifications

· Technical degree from university or similar

· Minimum 3 years of experience working in an industrial company

· Minimum 3 years of experience in leading projects and change management

· Good knowledge of WCM/lean in manufacturing companies

· Fluent in English

· Swedish is beneficial
