You will work closely with workplaces within production, warehousing, and logistics – with the mission to create pathways into working life for individuals who are currently excluded. The role involves understanding how operational activities function in practice and translating that into concrete opportunities for our participants.

Tillväxt Helsingborg collaborates with the business community, the public sector, and civil society to reduce social exclusion while simultaneously meeting companies' competence needs. A key part of the work involves building bridges between individuals and workplaces – where your understanding of structure, pace, and leadership becomes crucial.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will plan, implement, and follow up on activities. The role also involves developing strategies for long-term sustainability and productive collaboration with partners, together with the project manager.

A central part of the role is linked to production, warehousing, and logistics environments. You will work closely with these types of operations to understand their needs, working methods, and workflows – and translate this into concrete opportunities for our participants. This involves identifying relevant work tasks, creating structure, and finding the right level for each individual so they can grow into a functional daily routine in working life.

You act as the link between the individual and the workplace, where your understanding of pace, responsibility, safety, and collaboration in operational environments is crucial for successful matching.

In your daily work, you will engage in extensive outreach, and your phone will be your most important tool for success in the role. Each day involves contact with companies, job seekers, authorities, and other actors. At the same time, the role requires you to be hands-on in operations – following up on individuals in concrete work environments, creating clarity in daily life, and adjusting interventions based on what actually works in practice.

In the role, you will also work with job coaching, facilitate interactive seminars and workshops, and report to partners.

About You

We believe you have a background as a supervisor, team leader, or similar role within production, warehousing, or logistics – or other operational activities where you have been responsible for people, pace, and delivery.

You are accustomed to working in an environment where structure, clarity, and follow-up are crucial, and you have a natural ability to see what is required to get people to function in a work group.

You are motivated by developing people and see potential where others see obstacles. It is natural for you to break down work tasks, create clarity, and help individuals find their place in a workflow.

You thrive in an environment where you take responsibility, where the role can change, and where you get to use both your drive and your practical understanding of working life.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Swedish is required.
  • Experience in coordinating operations or leading work.
  • Experience in working with or leading people in development.
  • Knowledge and/or experience regarding the labor market.

Meritorious

Background as a supervisor/team leader within production, warehousing, logistics, or similar operational activities.
