About the role:

This role is suitable for you who thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine operational planning with improvement and development work. You will work closely with customer service, procurement, and production to ensure efficient flows from order to delivery. Through planning, analysis, and coordination, you will play a central role in creating the prerequisites for high delivery security and a well-functioning internal dialogue.

You will become part of an experienced Supply Chain team focusing on production planning, material planning, and demand planning. The role involves responsibility for handling changed conditions, prioritizing the right activities, and providing the business with clear delivery updates. You will also contribute to development and improvement initiatives by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting, for example, product launches as well as phase-ins and phase-outs of products.

Responsibilities:

• Production planning and coordination of the business's production flows
• Ensure efficient flows from customer order to delivery
• Handle changed conditions and make operational decisions related to planning
• Collaborate with customer service, procurement, production, and other internal functions
• Analyze data and develop and optimize planning processes and monitoring tools

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Economics, Logistics, or Operations Management
• Has good knowledge of Excel
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work

It is not necessary, but meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain-related tasks
• Experience working in business systems, preferably ERP systems
• A master's degree in a relevant field

About the employment:

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. The assignment is for 10 months with a good chance of extension.
