Job Description

We are now looking for a Team Leader for the evening shift at Axess Logistics' Toyota facility in Malmö.

Do you have extensive experience in taking on formal personnel and work environment responsibilities, and are you driven by optimizing flows in a production-technical environment? For this role, we are looking for a secure and established manager who will play a key role in a growing business. In this role, you have full personnel and operational responsibility for a team of approximately 20–30 employees. You are responsible for driving operations forward according to Toyota's well-known standards. The role is operational and suits you who have extensive experience in formal management, thrive where the action is, make quick decisions, and lead your staff towards set goals.

It is required that you as a person are meticulous and have an eye for detail, and that as a leader, you are comfortable operating in an environment with strict manuals and routines. The evening shift for production runs from Monday to Thursday 15:30–02:00, as well as one shift on Sundays. As a Team Leader, you are expected to be on-site only on weekdays, with slightly adjusted working hours to meet the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee and salary interviews and provide ongoing feedback to the team's 20–30 employees
• Plan operations on a monthly, weekly, and daily level, as well as handle daily challenges such as sick leave and problem-solving
• Continuously improve processes and routines to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with Toyota's standards and actively work with work environment issues and 5S
• Participate in planning meetings and collaborate with other departments for optimal coordination

Qualifications

• Documented and multi-year experience working as a manager with formal personnel responsibility, preferably within collective agreement industries/manufacturing
• Technical competence in vehicles, production, or logistics flows
• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent acquired knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Category B driver's license (manual)
• Experience with Lean & 5S, BAM/SAM, and good knowledge of Excel are meritorious
