About the Role

Academic Work is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position starting immediately, initially for a period of six months with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key person in managing and developing customer relations and ensuring a high standard of service every day. In this role, you are our first point of contact for customers via both phone and email, always providing professional and helpful support. The role involves handling bookings for both domestic and/or international transport, with responsibilities including supporting customers and coordinating bookings in their booking system. Additionally, some related administrative tasks may arise, such as handling customer inquiries regarding prices and transport, system management, etc.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has very good proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work.
  • Is comfortable with data and systems.
  • Has prior work experience in customer service.
  • Has completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).

For this role, we highly value your personal qualities. We are looking for a service-oriented person who can maintain a high service level and handle cases efficiently, always focusing on delivering professional service. You should be communicative and able to express yourself clearly and directly. Furthermore, it is important that you are meticulous and organized, with the ability to correctly handle and register customer data and other relevant information.

A background check (extract from the criminal record register) will be conducted prior to any employment.

Other Information

We conduct ongoing selection and will remove the ad once enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying.
