We are looking for you who have graduated or will graduate by summer 2026 in construction, urban planning, community planning, or industrial economics for upcoming assignments with our partners in Umeå.

About the role

Our partners work within several different areas within industry and infrastructure, all for a vibrant Northern Sweden. Do you thrive at a desk with administrative tasks? Responsibilities

Administrative tasks such as:

• Documentation within scheduling, quality, construction processes, economics, meeting minutes, etc.
• Collaboration internally and externally with authorities and private companies.

We are looking for you who

• Have at least a university degree of 180 ECTS or will graduate in 2026 in for example building technology, community planning, urban planning, industrial economics, or alternatively other education and experience that we assess as relevant for upcoming assignments.
• Have very good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package.
• Have good knowledge of both English and Swedish, as communication is conducted in both languages with our partners.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with invoice processing.
• Experience with construction or industrial processes.
• Are living in or have a connection to Umeå.
