About the Role

We are looking for a passionate cocktail bartender who wants to help develop the guest experience at our venue. You are someone who thrives behind the bar, loves service, and has a genuine interest in cocktails, flavors, and drink culture.

As a bartender with us, you will become an important part of the team, responsible for delivering first-class service while creating well-balanced and beautifully presented cocktails at a fast pace.

Main Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to our concepts and quality standards.
• Provide professional recommendations regarding drinks and help guests find their favorites.
• Take orders and ensure a high level of service throughout the entire guest experience.
• Prepare the bar for service through prep work and restocking of ingredients.
• Be responsible for order, cleanliness, and structure in the bar.
• Perform opening and closing procedures according to our routines.
• Contribute ideas and engagement regarding drinks, menus, and the guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the bar, service, and kitchen to create a holistic experience for our guests.

Who We Are Looking For

Highly Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender.
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and drink techniques.
• Confident working at a high pace without compromising on quality or service.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Additional Merits:

• Experience in developing your own drinks or working on menus.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and other beverage categories.
• Good stress tolerance and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
