We are looking for a passionate and gastronomically knowledgeable leader who wants to help develop our production kitchen, our meal concepts, and the dining experience for our customers. You are just as comfortable at the stove as you are in planning production, and you have a genuine interest in flavor, quality, and profitability.

In this role, you are responsible for leading and developing our production of meal boxes and lunches, while ensuring efficient operations with high quality at every stage. You have a good understanding of production logistics and can plan, prioritize, and time-calculate production to create a smooth flow and the best possible results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing recipes, concepts, and flavor experiences.
• Planning and optimizing production.
• Ensuring quality, food safety, and profitability.
• Actively working with sales, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Driving sustainability efforts and finding creative solutions to reduce waste.
• Leading and developing the team towards common goals.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience with fresh produce, preferably from retail, restaurants, or production kitchens.
• Extensive gastronomic competence in cooking, ingredients, and flavor development.
• Experience in planning and optimizing production with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• A creative and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in purchasing, assortment, and sales with a good business acumen.
• A strong sustainability profile with experience in waste minimization and resource-efficient production.
• Previous experience in leading employees, developing teams, and creating engagement through present leadership.

It is an advantage if you have experience in recipe development, large-scale food production, or concept development within restaurants, delicatessen, grocery retail, or similar operations.

About the position

Employment type: Full-time, permanent (initially 6 months probationary period)

Working hours: Hours vary between 06:00 – 20:00 on weekdays and every fourth weekend on a rotating schedule.

Start: According to agreement

Salary: According to agreement according to the Retail Agreement plus responsibility allowance
