About the role At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work as a conference host/hostess for our client, a banking and finance office located in Liljeholmen. Here, you will be part of a social and business-oriented environment with great opportunities for development. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a first-class service experience and ensure that every meeting and conference maintains the highest quality.
As a conference host/hostess, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and executing food and beverage orders for meetings, conferences, and internal activities. The role requires strong planning skills, a strong focus on service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the service team and contribute to creating a welcoming, professional, and smooth experience for both employees and visitors.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing orders via email from employees and suppliers
- Maintaining ongoing contact with orderers in case of any changes
- Keeping a continuous overview of email and the physical calendar
- Responsibility for table setting and clearing
- Purchasing and pick-ups
- Ensuring everything is in place before meetings and conferences
- Ensuring that the premises are well-organized, clean, and presentable
- Monthly settlement reports
- Relieving the reception desk for short periods when needed

Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Completed upper secondary education
About the employment
Type of employment: Permanent position with a six-month probationary period
Working hours: 100% full-time
Start date: August 2026
Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–15:30
