About the assignment

We are currently looking for a conference host for a consultancy assignment for our client in Sundbyberg. The assignment is scheduled to start on October 1, 2026, and run until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of a six-month extension. The position is full-time (100%). The work is performed at the client's premises in Sundbyberg.

Your responsibilities

As a conference host, you are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for guests.

Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Preparing and setting up conference rooms.
• Serving coffee breaks and lunches.
• Providing basic technical support.
• Handling copying and restocking of materials.
• Performing light cleaning and dishwashing.
• Ensuring smooth execution of conferences and meetings.

Your qualifications

• Experience working with video conferencing equipment.
• Experience handling technical equipment commonly found in conference rooms.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a conference host.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of case management systems.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Availability to work throughout the entire assignment period.
