We are looking for a teacher

As a teacher at Realgymnasiet, you create conditions for learning and guide students based on a given educational concept and the program's educational goals. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching. Furthermore, you continuously work on assessing goal fulfillment and, together with the mentor, communicate this to the student. You participate in subject group work, team work, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues. In close collaboration with your teaching, there is a mentor and student health services at the school.

Together, you create an attractive school that provides students with excellent conditions for active learning.

You will teach the subject Physical Education and Health Level 1 in the Nature and Agriculture Program, the Electrical and Energy Program, and the Hotel and Tourism Program. You will also, based on your qualifications and competence, be able to teach courses/subjects in mathematics and Swedish.

You will work at a pleasant school with approximately 240 students, driven and creative colleagues, and you will be part of one of the school's work teams. This is a permanent position with an employment degree of approximately 30–70%, depending on your ability to combine teaching in physical education with teaching in Swedish or mathematics.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach physical education.
• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach subjects such as Swedish or mathematics.
• Previous experience in the role of a teacher in upper secondary school.
