About the role

Eltrode AB is an expanding and innovative company that helps the construction and industrial sectors with energy-efficient solutions in construction heating and climate. With short decision-making paths and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the company offers a dynamic growth environment.

The office is located just outside Varberg, where presence is expected at least a few days a week, with flexible options for residence in West Sweden.

We are looking for a technical salesperson for Eltrode AB responsible for establishing and developing the market for mobile heat pumps in Scandinavia. This is a recruitment role where you step into an early stage of an initiative with significant growth potential.

You will work closely with the technology and product teams and play a central role in shaping both the offering and the market strategy.

The role involves a large component of proactive sales where you build your own customer base. You will also work with existing customers and be responsible for follow-up and support in ongoing business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers within construction, industry, real estate, and energy
  • As a technical salesperson, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to concluded business and ongoing customer relations
  • Drive the entire sales process: needs analysis, solution proposals, ROI/business case, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Educate the market about mobile heat pumps and their business benefits
  • Build partnerships with, for example, installers, distributors, and energy consultants
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events in Scandinavia
  • Responsible for pipeline, forecasts, and ongoing follow-up

We believe you are a business-driven and curious salesperson who thrives in a role where everything is not pre-packaged. You are good at building trust and can combine technical understanding with a clear business focus.

You are resilient and enjoy longer sales cycles where relationships are built over time. At the same time, you are structured and used to managing many parallel deals.

You communicate clearly, are pedagogical in your way of explaining, and have a natural interest in technology and energy.

Expected experience for the role

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Strong technical interest
  • Ability to work structured with pipeline and KPIs
  • Strong business acumen

Desirable experience

  • Experience from heat pumps, HVAC, or energy solutions
  • Documented experience with capital-intensive products and longer sales cycles
  • Experience in building new markets or launching new products
  • Existing network within relevant industries in Scandinavia

Requirements for the position

  • Category B driver's license
  • Ability to travel approx. 30 days per year with overnight stays
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Independent working style with high structure and drive

Practical information

Start: Autumn 2026, flexible for the right person

Scope: Full-time

Location: Western Sweden, preferably near Varberg

Salary: Fixed salary + bonus

Other: Company car included
