About the role

As an Article and System Coordinator, you will support a team working on the development and delivery of mobile healthcare systems. You will work closely with domain specialists, engineers, procurement, and marketing, playing a central role in ensuring that correct information is available in the article database. The role is administrative but within a technically advanced environment where structure, precision, and collaboration are crucial. To succeed in this role, you are unpretentious, dare to ask questions, and have a natural curiosity when you need to find information.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing and structuring critical information for medical products, ensuring data quality, and supporting system deliveries in a dynamic environment.

You will, among other things:

• Ensure correct component and article data in the business system
• Collect and structure technical information from internal functions and manufacturers
• Update and manage articles and associated documentation in business systems and Excel
• Ensure that correct information is available prior to procurement and system deliveries
• Collaborate with internal functions such as procurement, development, and international teams

We are looking for you who

• Have good system familiarity and very good knowledge of Excel
• Have experience in article administration, component management, logistics, or similar
• Have an interest in technology and the ability to create structure in large information flows
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as both languages are used in the work

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience working in IFS or similar business systems
• Experience from the healthcare sector or work with medical technology products
• Healthcare education, technical education, or engineering background

The position is security-classified, which means that a security clearance will be conducted before employment. The security clearance includes register checks and security clearance interviews in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
