Sydöstra Jämtlands Pastorat is embarking on an exciting and important development journey. We are now expanding and seeking a Property Coordinator/Technical Facility Manager to join our property group.

The Pastorate manages 101 registered land areas and 340 structures. Our property portfolio ranges from culturally and historically valuable church buildings to operational premises and outbuildings – environments that carry history, future potential, and significant social responsibility.

We are now looking for you who want to help create structure, long-term sustainability, and quality in our property management.

About the role

As a Property Coordinator/Technical Facility Manager, you will play a central and significant role in the Pastorate's property work. Together with other colleagues in our property group, you will strengthen the organization and contribute to our ability to work more planned, sustainable, and strategically. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and be a key person in turning plans into reality. The position requires a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordination and follow-up of ongoing operational and maintenance measures.
• Participation in maintenance planning, project preparation, and follow-up.
• Technical and administrative follow-up of properties and contractors.
• Support regarding authority requirements, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribution to structure, routines, and development of property processes.
• Work on energy efficiency and long-term sustainable maintenance.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant technical education or equivalent work experience within property, construction, or technology. To succeed in the assignment, a good understanding of property operations, maintenance, and technical systems is required. You must also be able to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner. We also value that you are a communicative and team-oriented person.

Experience with culturally and historically valuable buildings, public operations, or energy efficiency in general, and specifically with the property system LEB, is meritorious but not a requirement.
