About the role

As a chef at Mornington Hotel Bromma, you will be involved in all kitchen operations. Our chefs share responsibility for everything from hotel breakfasts and conference lunches to evening service.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and capable of taking responsibility for both planning and execution. On some shifts, you will work together with colleagues in an engaged team, while on others, you will need to drive the work independently and make your own decisions.

You will be involved in the development of menus, working methods, and dining experiences together with the kitchen team.

• Have several years of documented experience as a chef

This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. Working hours are scheduled across day, evening, and weekend shifts on a rotating basis.
