Case Registration and Registrar Duties
As a Registrar at Försäkringskassan, you work with standard registrar duties, providing both practical and advisory support within the agency regarding the registration and filing of cases and documents. You are expected to assess and handle information based on relevant legislation and other regulations. In this role, you are expected to ensure quality and improve the filing of public documents by participating in quality follow-ups of registered cases and documents across the entire agency. Within your own unit, you contribute to production-improving and quality-enhancing measures and are active in updating and maintaining support documents and processes.
This is a varied job involving both internal and external contacts. You provide support, service, and assistance to managers and case handlers.
The position involves handling confidential information. Therefore, it is important that you, as a prospective employee, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a final upper secondary school certificate or equivalent experience and qualifications
- has good computer skills as a working tool
- is service-oriented
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has a systematic and meticulous approach to work
- has good communication skills, both verbal and written
- takes initiative and is responsible for achieving good results
- has high security awareness.
It is meritorious if you
- have relevant education for the field, such as registrar training, or acquired experience as a registrar
- have knowledge of digital case and document management systems, especially Public 360ᵒ
- have good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing transparency and confidentiality in the public sector
- have knowledge and previous experience in archive and document management, preferably in public administration.

Other Information
2 positions, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probationary period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a successful security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this position. Remote work is possible if the job allows. In this recruitment, psychometric tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Hägersten.
