Do you love cooking and want to contribute to children and young people getting good and nutritious meals every day? We are now looking for dedicated chefs who want to work on assignments in preschools and schools in Stockholm, Ekerö, Tyresö, and Huddinge. The assignments vary in length, from single days to longer periods, giving you both variety and the opportunity to develop in your role.

Job Responsibilities
As a chef in schools and preschools, you will:

• Prepare and serve meals according to established routines
• Be responsible for other daily tasks in the kitchen operations
• Follow self-control programs and other guidelines at the workplace

Requirements for the position

• 3-year upper secondary education in restaurant/food program or equivalent vocational training
• At least 1 year of documented experience from restaurants, large kitchens, or school kitchens
• Training in food hygiene/HACCP (diploma required)
• Further education in handling and preparing special diets
• Valid extract from the Swedish Crime Register (belastningsregistret) for work in schools and preschools
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing (meaning you must be able to receive and communicate information and instructions in both directions)
