Job Description

Are you our new employee in Näsum Home Care? We are looking for you who desire meaningful and varied work with the opportunity to make a difference!

You collaborate with colleagues and other professional categories for person-centered care and support.

You work with all common tasks within care and support, based on a salutogenic approach. We have driving rounds where you drive mainly on your own and sometimes together with a colleague. Näsum Home Care has a close collaboration with the short-term care facility Öllerbacka, and work may take place there as well as at other units when needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) with a genuine interest in working with elderly people. You are proactive and responsive to our citizens, responsible, and have the individual's needs at the center.

You are flexible, stress-resistant, solution-focused, and have an easy time collaborating. You should contribute to a positive work climate and have a good attitude towards colleagues and other professions. Within the role, you are expected to be able to receive delegations according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

The work requires that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is important that you are computer literate and not unfamiliar with new technology. A B-driving license is a requirement for the position. We are keen on finding the right person and place great emphasis on personal suitability.
