Your Responsibilities

You will primarily teach Swedish, natural sciences, technology, and art in grades 4–6, as well as Swedish and English in grade 3. The teaching is conducted in a "C-form," which means you plan and teach three grade levels simultaneously. You are responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the subjects you teach, and you document the work for students and guardians in Schoool Soft, following other established routines there.

Here you will work in a municipal operation where education, security, and quality are in focus. You will work closely with your colleagues at the school, as it is a small unit that requires collaboration and flexibility. Our goal is to provide students with the conditions to grow as individuals, experience the joy of learning, and develop a desire to learn more throughout their lives.

We are looking for

You are a certified teacher in mathematics, Swedish, natural sciences, and technology for grades 4-6, as well as a certified teacher in Swedish and English for grade 3. Experience is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, can lead, and can motivate and create engagement to spark curiosity and interest in learning among students. It is important that you have a holistic view of learning, build good relationships, and put the student at the center. You see students from a holistic perspective and have a positive approach towards students, parents, and colleagues. Your positive fundamental view of students' different abilities makes you receptive to and interested in their thoughts and interests, using this as a starting point in teaching.
