Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a positive, flexible, and engaged preschool teacher with a clear pedagogical approach and good leadership skills for Parkhagen Preschool. You combine professional care with teaching and collaborate closely with both preschool teachers and childcare assistants in the work team. Your work is characterized by respect for the individual and the ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

As a preschool teacher, you work based on current regulatory documents and are involved in planning, implementing, documenting, and developing the pedagogical activities together with the work team. With the curriculum as a foundation, you choose methods, content, and interactions based on each child's experiences, knowledge, and prerequisites. You actively contribute to creating a secure, educational, and inspiring preschool environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified preschool teacher, preferably with a few years of experience and good references. You have the ability to lead both the work team and the group of children in a secure and clear manner. You are comfortable with systematic quality work and want to actively contribute to developing our activities. To thrive in the role, we believe you are cooperative, engaged, curious, and creative. You have good social skills and professional interaction when meeting children, guardians, and colleagues. You take great personal responsibility and always focus on the children's needs and the best interests of the activities.

You are flexible and find it easy to collaborate in different constellations.
